We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pod-plus.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't got a refund, check your bank account again first. It can take some time before your refund is officially released, so contact your credit card provider. Contact your bank again. Before a refund is posted, there is often some processing time.

If they are faulty or damaged, we just replace them. If you need to swap it for the same thing, send us an email hello@pod-plus.com.au and we'll tell you the steps to take.

* If you have ordered the wrong coffee pod for your coffee machine your refund request will be denied.

* If you have used the product, we will not approve your refund request.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. There are non-refundable delivery charges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if you receive a refund.

The time it may take for your shared product to reach you, depending on where you live, may vary.

If the returned item's condition is not as new, a $10 or 10% fixed charge (whichever is greater) will be paid for handling fees.
